New Year’s Resolutions in Germantown MD
Happy New Year! Another year has come and gone, and we are now halfway through February already… Time moves so quickly!
This time of year, many people make a number of New Year’s Resolutions: time to exercise, diet, LOSE WEIGHT, de-stress, sleep more, and any number of different goals. These resolutions are made with the best of intentions, but often times life seems to get in the way, and we were unable to fulfill our resolutions. And that happens, it’s ok, you’re human.
It is often difficult to stick with these resolutions, as we all tend to have so much going on in our lives. It is even more difficult if we are trying to accomplish multiple goals all at the same time. It is often easier to start one resolution at a time. For instance, start with exercise and get into a positive routine with it. If you accomplish this, that may lead to dropping some of that weight you wanted to lose simply by the work you have put in. Next you can start to modify your diet, and see other changes occur. It is often easier to build on a solid foundation of success, and each step along the process may fall into place a little easier.
