We are now in Daylight Savings after we all sprang forward, but i don\'t know about you, but I\'m feeling it here in Germantown. That loss of an hour will likely effect most of us this week, and may effect out productivity. We definitely want to try to get a good night\'s rest this week to try to maximize our performance. Here are a few tips:

1) Exercise. Physical activity improves sleep. It doesn\'t have to be strenuous, get out there and walk!

2) Try not to eat later in the night,

3) Try the supplement Magnesium, I take it every night. Our bodies use it in every biochemical function we have, plus it is a natural muscle relaxant. Try 100-150mg to start.

4)Have a bed time routine. Our bodies respond better if we try to go to bed and get up at about the same time on a daily basis.
