Exercise! While many people enjoy it and many people don\'t. We all know it\'s good for us, yet we will often put it off. Some people can\'t live without it, while for others, it is simply torture. But overall we all need to exercise to have a healthy life. As a Chiropractor in Germantown I see this every day and I constantly tell my patients the value of exercising on a regular basis:

Now in my opinion, people often are guilty of over-complicating starting an exercise regimen. When a patient comes into my Germantown Chiropractic office, and they have never exercised and ask for recommendations, I have one: WALK. Simple as that. Walking is often overlooked as a basic form of exercise that is easy, and non-traumatic to our bodies. And if you do not exercise on a regular basis, you have to start somewhere.
